After a 3-year hiatus, we are heading back to New Orleans for this year’s COE Experience (10-13 April) to showcase the latest productivity enhancing solutions for the CATIA V5 and 3DEXPERIENCE user, and using it as an opportunity to launch the latest release of Theorem-XR!
Theorem-XR enables users to visualize CATIA and 3DEXEPERIENCE assets in context and at full scale, using Augmented, Mixed and Virtual Reality technologies on the device of your choice. Theorem-XR is data and device neutral and offers a range of use case based experiences such as Design Review, Visualization, Factory Layout and Training.
The new Theorem-XR Q1 2022 release includes:
- Full collaboration for Azure Remote Rendering (ARR) users, making large datasets available to other device users (HTC Vive, Oculus, Android and IOS devices) alongside HoloLens 2 users
- Offline licensing- allowing users to cache a license to the device so that they can access their data when there is no wifi or network access
- Project management updates to the Visualization Pipeline to improve user experience
Theorem-XR’s ‘standard’ engineering-based use case experiences work collaboratively, enabling remote teams and home-based staff to join and work in an immersive multi-user environment.
The experiences are underpinned by the Visualization Pipeline which provides a fully automated process that takes 3D data assets directly into Theorem-XR, or for the creation of Unity or Unreal assets for use in internally developed XR solutions.
If you’re attending COE then stop by booth 207 to experience Theorem-XR for yourself on the HoloLens 2 and HTC Vive.
Alongside our Theorem-XR suite, our widely used data exchange and supply chain collaboration solutions for 3DEXPERIENCE and CATIA V5 include direct CAD to CAD translators, and 3D PDF publishing and Visualization tools that support MBD for downstream processes.
Our Multi-CAD plugin allows you to work interactively with JT, NX and Creo files inside of your CATIA design session, and work on them, whilst maintaining associativity in CATIA back to the original JT, NX and Creo formats.
Whereas our 3D PDF suite enables you to publish your CATIA V5 and 3DEXPERIENCE data to interactive 3D PDF documents that can be shared internally and externally throughout your supply chain.
If you need your CAD assets in a lightweight data format such as 3DXML, JT or Creo View, then our Lightweight 3D product suite focuses specifically on the direct translation of 3D CAD data from mechanical CAD systems for the purpose of Visualization.
Our longstanding strategic partnership means that our solutions are built with development tools and APIs supplied and supported by Dassault Systemes. This means we do not reverse engineer and can provide you with a robust application that offers full control over data preparation and optimization for the target formats.
The partnership ensures that there is parallel development between the latest releases of CATIA V5 and 3DEXPERIENCE, and Theorem’s products, allowing Theorem to continue to provide solutions for CATIA users.
